Children’s Story Time
Presented by the Friends of the Library, join us the  second and fourth Saturday of each month  from 10am-11am, at the library. Story time followed by a related activity for children pre-school to 3rd grade. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Read more here.
Baby Rhyme Time
Join us the first and third Saturday of each month from 10am-11am at the library. Baby Rhyme time is for babies birth -2 years. Children must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Interactive activity and play time. Meet other parents and babies for a fun activity. Read more here.

Adult Book Club meets the last Thursday of each month at 6:30pm at the library. Please join us for lively discussion and interaction.

Family Craft Night
First Thursday of every month at 5:30pm at the library. Don’t miss the fun. 

Our Knitting, Crochet, and Needlecraft Group meets twice each month from 10:00 am to noon at the Galeton Public Library. All adults are welcome to come and bring their handcraft fiber projects to work on. Work on your projects with like-minded enthusiasts, ask questions, share tips, and enjoy yourself.  For our meeting dates please see our Group information


Purchase an Engraved Brick

brick-paverTake  the opportunity to commemorate your family, friends or even a business or organization by purchasing an etched brick paver and having it placed at the Galeton Public Library. Proceeds from the sale of the brick pavers benefit the library.
